The rooms are very nice. Cleanliness is well.maintained. The staff are very efficient and respectful towards the guest..Thank you Greta, Angelica, Frank, Tei, Ajeesh and Anil for being so accommodating and for all the assistance..You all made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Also to the 4th Floor cleaners..Thank you for maintaining our rooms neat and clean everyday. We really appreciate all your efforts.

I will definitely come back. Lovely quiet place. Just 2 things. This hotel has the weirdest hangers I have never seen it before. The hanging space is at a very inconvenient place difficult to reach your clothes and hangers cannot be removed . That was very uncomfortable. I moved to a different room in my last week due to noisy neighbours and in both rooms the shower water temp is fluctuating between hot and cold. Temp always changing so I mostly took a bath. Besides these things I love this place. You will see me again.

Actually, this review concerns Premier Inn Doha Airport, as a pipe burst at Premier Inn Education City meant that I was asked to change hotels. At Premier Inn Doha Airport everything was perfect. Initially, they wanted me to switch to Premier Inn Education City for my final night, as Premier Inn Doha Airport was fully booked for that date. During my stay I asked if they could keep me at Doha Airport for the final night as I didn't fancy packing up and going to a different hotel for just one night. Luckily, this proved possible in the end.

Location and the facilities are fantastic. The staff are humble with patience and good human relations

I stayed for six nights with my family. Upon arrival, I was pleasently greeted by the front desk staff Trainee and Yaha and they swiftly checked me in - very welcoming staff at reception specially these two colleagues. I hade a chance to have dinner in hotel restaurant and I really liked their pizzas (reminded me of the ones we had in Milan). Again the staff at the restaurant was courteous speally Preeti and Ashish who were amazing in their service. The complementary breakfast is good (a pro tip: they serve oven fresh omelettes and pan cakes upon request complementary in the breakfast so do ask them). The room is cozy and good for comfortable stay. The pool is perfectly sized for adults and chilren as well as warm jacuzzi. The best thing about pool is they provide you complementary towels (separately at pool) and life jackets for kids which I rarely had in other hotels. Overall the stay is nearly perfect and justifies the ratings. Best thing about the hotel is that the staff is always cheerful and welcoming which is the foundation of hospitality business. Highly recommended !!!
